Mechanical vibration switches had number of problems including resistance to gradual increase in vibrations,Nuisance stumbling during start-up, no well defined level of sensitivity adjustment We manufacture ACD Electronic Vibration switches which are used in Cooling Towers, Centrifuges, Large Motors and Generators, Compressors, Crushers, Naval Vessels etc. and can easily replace mechanical vibration switches because of its features. We use Piezo Electric Accelerometer which electronically integrates the Acceleration signal giving Velocity signal as there is no moving part involved.
